About Me

Hi, I’m Oliver Pedersen, a qualified life coach specialising in men’s mental health. Having faced my own battles with depression, anxiety, addiction, and weight issues, I understand how difficult it can be to feel stuck or overwhelmed. I’ve been in the depths of it all — pushing away the people who loved and cared for me, and spiraling into a place where hope seemed out of reach.

Through hard work, learning, and personal transformation, I’ve turned my life around, and now I’m dedicated to helping others do the same. I firmly believe that no matter where you’re starting from, change is possible — and I’m here to guide you on that journey.

In addition to my qualifications as a life coach, I’m actively expanding my knowledge by studying to become a Level 4 personal trainer and Level 5 nutrition advisor. This allows me to offer a more holistic, all-in-one approach to well-being, helping clients not only improve their mental health but also their physical fitness and nutrition.

I’m also deeply involved in supporting others through my volunteer work as a location lead for Bro Pro UK, a Lincolnshire-based men’s mental health charity. This organisation provides a safe space for men to meet, socialise, and talk about their mental health struggles, and it’s a cause I’m incredibly passionate about.

My mission is simple: to create a safe, supportive environment where men can open up, confront their struggles, and discover their true potential. Whether you’re dealing with mental health challenges, addiction, or just looking to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to walk beside you and help you achieve meaningful change.

If you’re ready to take the first step in your journey, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together to create lasting transformation.
